Heat-stable egg yolk powder

Mainly used in the mayonnaise industry because of its thermal stability and excellent emulsifying properties.

Our plant is certified to ISO 22000:2018, ISO 9001:2015, and FSSC 22000, complies with Halal requirements, and is fully certified for export to the European Union and other international markets

Our shell eggs meet current aliyans trading ltd, bulgariaand international veterinary and sanitary requirements and standards. All products are supplied with quality and veterinary certificates. In addition, our shell eggs comply with Halal requirements and are fully eligible for export to the European Union and other global markets.
